Account Eligibility

1. You are natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal construct;

3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Bantuan88;
6. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request, and you are not subject to any voluntary or compulsory exclusion from gambling services;
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & KYC

To register an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts. Any balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at Bantuan88's discretion.

Bantuan88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as required by international gaming licensing standards. Users will be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — for Malaysian users, this typically means your MyKad (National Registration Identity Card) or a valid passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence displaying your full name and current residential address, dated within the last three months;

Bantuan88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or withold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

Deposits & Payments

Bantuan88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrency methods including USDT and BTC.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (Malaysian Ringgit fifty), unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and user tier. These limits are displayed within the Platform at time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Bantuan88 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties;
• Bantuan88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting;
• Bantuan88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions;
• Any deposit that cannot be verified as having originated from a legitimate source may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of cleared funds from their Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of applicable KYC verification requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 (Malaysian Ringgit one hundred) per transaction, unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Bantuan88 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method cannot accommodate outbound transfers;
• Bantuan88 targets a processing turnaround of within a few hours for standard DuitNow and FPX withdrawals. Actual processing times may vary depending on banking system availability and peak demand periods;
• Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus-derived funds that have not met the required wagering turnover are not withdrawable;
• Bantuan88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, including requests for further KYC documentation;
• In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other financial irregularities are suspected, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation, without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bantuan88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, VIP rewards, referal bonuses, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Bantuan88 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion;
• All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each Bonus is published in the relevant promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for each Bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings upon expiry;
• Bantuan88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing valid commitments where reasonably practicable;
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market, game, or event. General rules applicable to all betting activity are as follows:

• Once confirmed by the Platform, a wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User. Users are responsible for verifying all details of a wager before confirming it;
• Bantuan88 reserves the right to void any wager placed at eroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, software glitch, or data feed failure. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the User's Wallet Balance;
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or otherwise rendered incomplete, Bantuan88's event-specific rules shall govern the treatment of outstanding wagers;
• Bantuan88 sets minimum and maximum stake limits per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• In-play (live) betting is subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bantuan88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market and may suspend in-play betting at any time without notice;
• Bantuan88 will not be liable for any loss arising from a User's reliance on displayed odds that are subsequently voided due to a technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an advantage in any game, place bets, or interact with the Platform outside of normal browser operation;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any coordinated wagering strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud through the Platform;
• Coluding with other Users in card games, live dealer games, or any other competitive format;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bantuan88 staff, support personnel, or other users in any manner;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.

Bantuan88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Suspension & Account Closure

Bantuan88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• A successful self-exclusion request submitted by the User;
• Receipt of a verified third-party notification that the User may be a minor;
• Any other circumstance in which continued access would, in Bantuan88's reasonable judgement, pose a risk to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of games and markets.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, Bantuan88 reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a voluntary self-exclusion request, any legitimate cleared balance will be refunded to the User's verified payment method.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Bantuan88's support team. A request to close an Account for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed accordingly.

Intellectual Property

• Any losses arising from a User's failure to understand applicable betting rules or bonus terms;

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
